Pre-order Products Policy

Pre-ordering allows customers to reserve upcoming game releases, expansion packs, and digital license keys prior to their global or regional launch date. Upon placing a pre-order, your allocation is officially guaranteed with our certified publishers.

Digital keys, bonus codes, and preload tokens are dispatched automatically to your 4MEG account and registered email on the official release day—or up to 48 hours prior if early preload is authorized by the publisher.

If the price of a pre-ordered product decreases on 4MEG between your order date and the release launch, we automatically credit the difference back to your store wallet balance before release.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to the decryption and dispatch of your digital key for an unconditional 100% refund back to your original payment method or wallet balance.

If a publisher delays a game launch, your pre-order reservation remains active for the new date. Any early beta codes or pre-order exclusive DLC keys delivered ahead of release are retained by the customer even in the event of schedule changes.

Once the digital activation key has been decrypted, revealed, or redeemed on the respective platform (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.), standard Return Policy rules apply and orders are non-refundable unless verified defective by support within 24 hours.
